Abadía da Cova has Wide and varied selection of liqueurs that are made from grapes. All our liqueurs come in various sizes: 700 ml. bottles, 500 ml. bottles and holders with special styles.
More than 20 different medicinal and aromatic herbs mixed together with sugar cane and macerated for 45 days in Orujo (strong alcoholic liqueur distilled from grape pressings).
Obtained from the best Colombian and Brazilian natural coffee, freshly roasted and ground to conserve all of its aroma and freshness, together with sugar cane, apples, orange peel, banana and cinnamon sticks, macerated in Orujo for at least one month.
Macerated honey from the Galician forests and mountains which gives this its dark colour. As the preparation is a natural process, with no additives or conservatives, you need to shake the bottle before opening, as the honey tends to settle on the bottom.
The unique variety of grapes, combined with a special distilling process, passed down from distillers through the ages, obtains this fine, yet complex, Galician Orujo.
This is prepared from only the best quality ingredients, as can be appreciated from the complex, delicate aromas and extraordinary smoothness and texture.
