Varieties: Mainly Mencía
Elaboration: Distillation by stem drag system with rectifiers in stills of 250Kg. Only the hearts of distillation are used. Later it macerates with coffee fruits and spices
Type of coffee: Natural coffee from the mountains of Puerto Rico , Blue Montain coffee of the Blue mountains of Jamaica
Origin: Jamaica and Costa Rica
Toast: Toasting is done manually by our Master toaster. The coffee rests three days before the maceration begins.
Taste: Clean and crystalline appearance, with and attractive mahogany colour. Its aroma is very expressive with natural coffee, cocoa chocolate, toasted, and spices hints. On the palate it is velvety, dense, tasty, of high structure and with a long persistence.
