Mencía Barrica Abadía da Cova

12,20 €

In Adegas Moure, we were pioneers in ageing in barrels in Galicia. Our wine Barrica is not a slave to the barrel. It is fermented in truncated conical deposits then aged in barrels, most of them French oak barrels an average of 18 months, resting in them until the time needed in each harvest to get an optimum fruit and wood balance.
